Good game. Reminds me a lot like a smaller version of Terraria.. got it for 50 cents... its gud. This game is wonderful, if you are considering buying this game you should. At fist glance I was skeptical so I didn't buy the game, but when it went in sale I took the opurtiunity. One complaint I have is that the gameplay is limited and needs more areans. A boss rush mode would considerable increase the gameply, but iver all it's an incredibale game.. While the campaign is short it's fun and the survival mode provides a lot of replayability. Each play through there are different enemies at different stages which keeps it refreshing. To progress far in survival mode does take some luck since boss spawns are random so you have to decide on upgrading defenses or your own weapon and it seems like each time I "saved for just one more round" I got stuck with a boss and would usually die. The game can be frustrating but in a way that makes you want to keep going back because you know you can do better next time. I think the game is polished and provides entertainment for the price. Took me an hour and a half to play through to the end according to steam, to be honest I don't think its worth the money but it was super fun while it lasted. It is VERY satisfying to see a whole horde of enemies be eviscerated by your flamethrower, the sound and visual effects are great, and shot hitboxes seem to be pretty forgiving without seeming stupid. Defense upgrades seem to actually help defend instead of just being some glorified chip damage, and honestly they seem better than me at times. But, even with all the good points I could rave on about, I don't think it was quite worth the cost given its relative lack of replay value and small amount of gameplay options (endless and 3 short challenges being all it has). So if you have a few bucks to spend and a couple of hours to waste? Buy it. If not? Pass until either a sale or more stuff is added..
